Pakistan
State head Shehbaz Sharif proclaimed a day of grieving in Pakistan.

Qatar
Emir Sheik Tamim receptacle Hamad Al Thani communicated his sympathies to individuals of Iran.

Russia

President Vladimir Putin joined Lavrov in giving Tehran sympathies.

"As a genuine companion of Russia, he made a priceless individual commitment to the improvement of good-friendly relations between our nations, and put forth extraordinary attempts to take them to the level of an essential organization," he added.
Turkey
Unfamiliar Pastor Hakan Fidan communicated sympathies and said Ankara had been in touch with Iran since catching wind of the accident on Sunday.
